Neighborhudz

Child Safety Standards

Version 2026-10-29-v1 · Applies when accepted in the app

Children must not be sexually abused, exploited or endangered through Neighborhudz. Although Neighborhudz is for adults 18 and over, this prohibition applies everywhere in the service, including profiles, images, plans and messages.

We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including grooming,

sextortion, sexual trafficking and other sexual exploitation of children. Child

sexual abuse material (CSAM), including generated or manipulated depictions, is

not allowed. Do not request, distribute, sell, link to or encourage such material.

Reporting a concern

Use the existing in-app Report control. For a child-safety concern, describe the

person, plan or message involved and why you are concerned. Do not download,

forward or attach suspected illegal imagery. If a report control is unavailable,

contact neighborhudz@gmail.com with identifying context and no illegal attachment. The service is not an emergency response channel; use local emergency services when someone is in immediate danger.

How we respond

Confirmed CSAM is removed or access to it disabled. Accounts involved in child

sexual abuse or exploitation are restricted as appropriate. Relevant evidence is

handled privately and only as necessary for safety review and legal obligations. Required reports are made to the appropriate authority under applicable law. We cooperate with legally valid requests while protecting unrelated users' data.

Safety responsibility: the founder handles moderation and child-safety escalation

through neighborhudz@gmail.com. This is not an emergency response service.
